Returns/Refunds

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at the shop by phone or email.
  • We ask that you contact us within 24 hours of the problem arising.
  • Where applicable please provide photographic evidence.
  • We may ask you to return the product to the shop. This must be done within 48 hours of the problem arising.
  • Where a full refund is warranted, we will provide this, otherwise, we may replace the flowers or gifts to the value of the original purchase.
  • Replacements will be made as soon as possible.
  • Refunds may take up to 7 working days to be processed from agreement date.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
